  I had first contacted them about helping repair my credit. One of them, *****, spoke to me, he was very professional and a gave a pretty thorough explanation about the process and how exactly he would help fix my credit. When it came to his prices, he said in my case, it would be $1,000. However, he also said that he would be willing to do this in 4 monthly payments of $250. Having been given this option, I agreed. He said he would get started right away. He said he would be challenging the disputes and writing letters and things like that to the collection agencies in order to try and repair my credit. He said this process would take some time. Every month, whenever an installment of the $250 was due, he would give me updates, saying things like oh we got rid of this in your credit report, they said this, etc. I was happy, I thought my credit was really going to get fixed, and whenever I had any questions, he always picked up the phone. Things started changing as soon as I paid the last installment, completing the payment of $1,000. At this point, 4 months have passed by. He gave me one last update, and said that another update would be due by next month, however, he never called me back. *** sent multiple emails and called many times wondering what was happening, but he never answered. There was never any update or explain as to my situation. It has been about a year now, and I was deceived because of all the positive reviews they have on website and ******* As soon as I completed the initial payment of $1,000, I lost contact with them.
