      Order # #W507749 never received part after a week of being lied to saying I will get a tracking number on 11/14/24 and 11/15/24 ordered part 11/11/24, then I read the reviews on this company to find this is what they do for weeks they keep telling you the Order is still in process and you will get a tracking number only till they cancel the order and the customer has to fight for a refund with numerous calls, why is this company allowed to get away with this!

      Sears Parts Direct is a scam, beware. Ordered $300 in parts for my Samsung Range and Customer Service says they have no way to contact the supplier regarding shipping status. Order was supposed to arrive in 6-days, it’s been almost a month and nothing. Calls to Sears Parts Direct go to the Philippines and all Customer Service says is they have to pass my order status request on to their Customer Fulfillment Department and that Department must try and contact the supplier. The Customer Fulfillment Department says they will get back to me in a few days. Nobody ever call me back. More calls to the Customer Service Department result in them telling me the the Fulfillment Department is still trying to contact the supplier located somewhere in the USA.

      I believe this company is a fraud or a scam! Do not buy anything from them! You will not receive your part, tracking information or a refund! Worst customer service ever! Please take my advice and avoid this company!

      I PLACED THIS ORDER ON OCTOBER 22, YOUR WEBSITE SAID THE PART WAS ON STOCK AND WILL BE DELIVERED ON OCTOBER 28TH. SO FAR NOTHING WAS RECEIVED. NOT ABLE TO GET IN CONTACT WITH A LIVE (HUMAN) AGENT). ON NOVEMBER 8TH A RECEIVED A CALL FROM GIRL FROM A CALL CENTER SOMEWHERE IN ASIA AND I WAS TOLD THAT MY ORDER WILL BE SHIP IN THE NEXT 24 TO 48 HOURS. WHEN I ASKED WHERE THE PART IS BEEN SHIPPED FROM, SHE DONOT KNOW AND HANG UP. THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE SCAM!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

      it is horrible place to buy parts. they delivered a wrong ge dryer part that i ordered #we19m1662 they lied too much.. I spoke with 3 agents and a supervisor and no one resolve my order to return wrong part as of today 11-04-2024

      This is the worst appliance service company we have ever dealt with. We were rescheduled three times as the "tech" was sick. Each appointment was assigned an 8-hour time window. How many people can take three days off of work to deal with an appliance? I voiced my displeasure to the service rep, who abruptly hung up on me. In the interim, I received numerous calls to join their service plan for $79.00 a month, but the irony was that I couldn't get a tech to show up for one call. I believe this "business' to be a scan to get your personal information. Please don't do business with this company. They are NOT reputable.

      I ordered a part that was listed as in stock. Turn out it wasn't now on backorder. A week ago I told them to cancel the order. The said it would take 1-3 days to cancel, a questionable practice. AND another 3 -5 days to get a refund. So here it is a week later the order is not canceled and no refund. Looks elsewhere for your part.

      I have spoken to no less than 12 people to get my 15% parts discount (that is part of my warranty benefits). I ordered the part (opting to pay an additional $10 for express shipping). Apparently, the parts department was supposed to give me a coupon code but never mentioned it. I was then transferred back to the Benefits Dept. who asked me for this. Because I didn't have one, I was supposed to receive a flat $10 refund. I told them in no uncertain terms that I wanted my discount. I was then transferred to someone else. Because I yelled (as this was the 9th person at least), she hung up on me...her name was Valerie. I thought I'd give it one more shot. I FINALLY spoke with Eren in the Repair Care Dept. After hearing of the above, he placed me on hold for about 4 minutes. When he came back on, he explained that he spoke to a supervisor in the parts dept. who looked up my order and will be issuing me a 15% refund to my credit card. We'll see if I actually get that plus my part on Sept 9 after paying an additional $10 in shipping costs. Stay tuned folks....

      I have ordered through this company in the past and never had a problem getting my parts, but this time is like all of the other reviews. Ordered 2 parts for fridge in stock. Received one part (the cheaper priced part) and the other (more expensive) was - in stock - then backorder - then shipped - then backordered. Asked for refund 3 times and told every time "No problem you should get it in 1-3 business days". The refund has never happened. We will chalk this one up to a lesson learned.

      I ordered a part for a dishwasher and was told it would arrive within a week. After waiting more than a month, I called and canceled the order. I was told that the cancellation had been processed and I should see the refund credited to my card account within a couple of days. I waited another couple of weeks and called to see why my refund had not yet been issued. I was assured that the customer service rep was submitting a special request for quick action to get the refund issue. I waited another three weeks or so and used the chat option (on the website) to communicate with a customer service rep -- after the bot had not been able to give me an answer. The customer service rep was again pleasant, but said "I have now canceled your order and requested a refund (as if that had not been done before). The cancellation should be processed with three days and then it may take three or four days for your refund. I asked him to assure me that the former cancellation showed up in the order history. His response was ambiguous enough that I conclude the order had not been canceled for me before and no refund request had really been processed. If I end up getting my $125 back, I will come and update this review (if that's possible), but at this point I suspect "Sears Parts Direct" is not a legitimate operation and is using the Sears name to mislead dupes like me.
