      My business entered into a statement of work with SA Capital Partners on November 7th, 2022. As a part of the fee schedule in the agreement, if funding was not secured by SA Capital Partners on behalf of my business, that fee is subject to refund. I have been trying to get that refund from the business for three months at this point and have been unsuccessful in doing so.

I received none of the services and on 09/2023 I still have not received a refund. Maz Pawar has given many excuses not to refund me.

      The client has disputed both charges. They have made disputes with their credit card company, and it has already been pulled from my account. The second charge has been pending through PayPal, but I believe will be finalized after the 31st.

The services were centered around generating a list of potential investors, managing investor outreach, and updating our investment presentation deck.---**Key *********************** ****************************** Promises**: After a 9-month engagement, the primary deliverables were still pending. Despite being given ample time, there was no progress shown in investor outreach, nor were we presented with an updated investment deck.2. **Termination of Agreement**: Due to the consistent lack of tangible results and feedback, we had no choice but to terminate our agreement.3. **Refund Complications**: A $2,000 service fee was paid upfront. Our agreement clearly stated a refund clause if certain outcomes weren't achieved in a 6-month timeframe. Our request for this refund, given the circumstances, has not been honored.4. **Communication Gaps**: There's been a significant delay in responses since we requested the refund.       I am rejecting this response because: We had to seek and find a way for us to be refunded the money owed back to us because ************** kept saying I will send you a check for five weeks straight. He had a million and one excuses from another department is in charge, down to he was out of town to its in another account and it takes so long for it to process.  Finally my credit card company accepted the dispute of not receiving said goods within a certain period of time that I was able to in act that safety mechanism.  It is not guaranteed 100% refunded so we will let you know that we have received a valid refund from SA Capital when the bank makes a final decision.  This is not because of any business practice that Maz did this is the very unprofessional way of handling business.  It has not been a confirmed refund and *** refused to pay it when he stated he would. Buyer beware, be careful, and be smart.

      SA Capital Partners made an agreement to help find funding for my business. There are never any updates from them, or any kind of contact unless I make it. The recieved 2k for services that I believe were non legitimate. They have never provided me with any credible information as to any investors and the list they sent was extremely outdated. I believe this company is scamming people for 2k a pop, stating they don't get paid unless they find an investor. I believe they are scamming enough people to make a pretty good living.

      RUN - don't walk - from SA Capital / Pawar Capital. Completely fraudulent organization, likely in violation of securities law. ~~~Pawar Capital, LLC DBA SA Capital Partners LLC entered into an agreement w/ our firm in 10/2022.SA Capital failed to meet most - arguably all - of the terms the agreement, including failing to set up a single call or meeting with investors, let alone facilitating a capital raise; did not provide a spreadsheet with outreach efforts, investor list, did not ever proactively schedule a single call with us (let alone bi-weekly updates).SA Capital regularly ignored/delayed correspondence from and responses to us, consistently broke deadlines, and shared intentionally and deliberately false updates (we have evidence of such).On 6/1/23, we requested for SA Capital to return the service fee of $2500 pursuant to the Agreement; ~50 days since our request and the funds have not yet been returned.SA Capital does not have an A+ rating with BBB (as advertised on SA Capitals site); several other parties have made similar claims recently with BBB. The organization also has several filed reports on RipoffReport and other sites, with recurring themes.SA Capitals *********************** LinkedIn profile claims a 9-year tenure with ******* *****; the ** Alumni database does not identify an individual consistent with such or his timeline ever working there.No evidence of any individuals named ******************* or ********************* having any history with SA Capital or Pawar Capital; ***************************** has a limited web profile with no LinkedIn profile picture and coincidentally no professional history other than her supposed tenure at SA Capital.SA Capital has used or publicly listed half a dozen to a dozen different physical addresses, which have constantly changed, none of which actually support the presence of SA Capital; at best, most addresses indicate co-working/mailing addresses. Ms. ******* address in signature has changed from one email to the next.

To BBB - don't be fooled that this was an honest mistake - it is part of a continued smoke and mirrors effort on his behalf to drag out the timeline on BBB, as well as our timeline on taking legal action - we will not accept anything short of a full restitution for purposes of BBB, and our legal action is already in motion. ****************** actions over the last 60+ days are nothing but a continuation of timeline dragging without any concrete action or commitment - he will come up with every possible excuse other than taking action, owning his fraud, and making amends. We will not back down.

      I am rejecting this response because: ************** is a fraudulent individual and continues to run a harmful embezzlement and racketeering campaign that will certainly damage others in the future. The attachment from ************** had no proof of a refund. Further, our desired restitution is not a full refund, but a termination of the ** Capital platform or, at a minimum, a correction and restitution to all those harmed. We are also continuing our filings at state and federal levels to protect other individuals in the future, and this complaint is part of the paper trail for those investigations.

      April 26th of 2022 we entered into an agreement with SA Capital Partners to help us engage and pursue investors for our construction startup. The cost of the agreement was $2,000. Included in that cost was comprehensive list of the prospective investors they would reach out to, creation of a pitch deck, investor outreach, periodic updates and scheduling of client calls for investor outreach updates. From the start we knew we were in trouble. After making the first $1,000 payment to secure deck creation we received no contact until we reached out for an update on May 5th. We then received a sub-par deck which was encouraged to accept and then pay the final $1,000 to get out to investors. We rejected the deck for updates. They resent the same deck an hour later and we rejected again for the updates we requested. After basic changes were made, we made final payment. Over a week later we have heard nothing since payment, so we send a detailed email listing our concerns with them. We were provided with nothing but a call with generic info and no details. We are told they will update us soon. July 22nd, 2022, we send an email detailing the wait of 77 days to hear nothing from them. Again, they set up a call with no details just generic "we are working on this". Again, they promise updates soon.We again wait nearly 2 months until September 23rd when we shoot another email asking for updates. Another call is set with nothing concrete in that call.Repeat again in end of November.Repeat again early January. This call ends with "We will update you within the next 2 weeks."This complaint is on May 1st of 2023, and we have yet to receive that call.No updates were provided unless we begged.The deck provided has been laughed at by groups we have been in front of. We went on to scrap it and create another deck.The list of potential investors is a generic list of groups. Many of which are health care investors or tech sector investors. They would never be interested in us.

      I am rejecting this response because: We have been very detailed and specific in our complaint and information provided. SA has been vague and shows no supporting documents or communications. We were led on from the beginning with inaccurate statements and call requests due to the lack of information to provide. Our issues go all the way back to May 13th, just a few days after being in the agreement. Every time we pressed the full team Maz would request a call. Every call was the same. Promising leads but zero details. Every call there was interested parties and we were promised updates very soon. We never received an update without requesting it. Including this final stretch after our call in January. *** is hiding behind vague statements here also. Does anyone really believe that there are active investors associated with firms which have been closed for years? Or that a firm which is publicly listed is only interested in opportunities in ************** or Ireland for examples, has investors for a niche market in ********. Please stop the chariade. As a business owner it's not pleasant to be "had" by predatory practices, as a veteran with a tour in **** it stings a bit more. I served our country, formed a company to operate in a small segment of construction as a VOSB and we were still targeted. We didn't search out Maz, SA or anyone that does what they "offer". He found me, sold his pitch and cannot admit it when we have provided a mountain of proof. Anyone reviewing this situation can look at the files provided, and the details included on both ends of this complaint. I'm pretty sure we have proven our case. So we DO NOT ACCEPT the response because it continues in the vague and misleading nature of the company. We reiterate that we would like a full refund at this point due to the clear amount of information we provided showing their lack of good faith in executing our contract. Please consider our information provided along with supporting facts and compare to the copy and paste single paragraph responses from SA.

      I am rejecting this response because: It's not true. SA is still implying that they completed the contract and we, therefore, are nothing more than unsatisfied. It is our belief that we are now seeing this due to our very detailed complaints listed in various locations. For any potential customer, or current customer, they can clearly see each and every part of our complaint and proof of every claim. We stand by each and every statement we have made in our complaint and have provided a mountain of proof as well. And we still have more. We see this offer as nothing more than hush money at best. With SA not willing to admit any wrong doing we *********** not be bribed into a refund. We stand by all claims and evidence in our request for a full refund. We have also followed the advise of the BBB for potential further actions. We would be glad to accept a full refund with an admittance to our claims. Without that we will accept our losses as a warning to others.

That refund has not been processed after 10 weeks and we keep getting lousy excuses. Can I access the original complaint?       ************** and his team approached my startup in the fall of 22, they offered their services as a financial consulting firm and subsequently got ** to pay a consultant fee of ***** USD on October 12th, 2022. The fee was paid alongside the signing fo a contract: Statement of Work" That stated that the full fee would be refunded if *** and his team were not able to provide ** with an investor for funding by the end of January 2023. After the deadline passed we formally requested the refund that we were entitled too per our contract, however *** and his team continued to delay and deflect, and this time on April 10th, 2023, Maz and his team ceased communications with any member of my time, and we have still not received the refund of our **** USD consultancy fee.
