  Had a terrible experience with this company. I paid them $600 to seed, aerate and add new dirt (I paid a lot for it). 6 weeks later I had a lawn filled with quackgrass (a weed only Round-up can eliminate). Blamed the dirt supplier, whom he picked, on the issue. He gave me his word he would fix it at no cost - which meant clearing out weeds AND supplying new dirt and seed. Despite multiple texts and calls he refused to do it, despite his promise. The business owner is unethical and will make excuse after excuse to not have to pay anything out of pocket for his mistakes. I had to spend significant time fixing it on my own and paid more money out of pocket. Please note: I attached an image of the check I wrote to him. He requested I pay to the order of "Cash" which likely means he's not going to be counting this work in his taxes. You can see for who/what the check is for I put "C. L" for Cubilete Landscaping.

  I am rejecting this response because the business owner is being dishonest in his response. I had requested the landscaping company come back to re-seed the lawn and re-apply dirt. He agreed to do so and then kept avoiding my calls to set up a date and time. I had to call from a different phone number for the business owner to pick up - he picked  up after 2 rings and was surprised to hear it was me.

  He came out to the house a few days later and evaluated the property - he admitted that things went very wrong (that he didn't do this kind of work) and concluded he had picked up "bad dirt" that will filled with quackgrass seeds in the soil and had said he would come out and address.

  He avoided me for the next two months only responding once back to a text saying he would not supply dirt - even though it was his provider's product that ruined my lawn. He essentially made me pay for his bad supplies.

  He created so much damage to my lawn that I had to go out to a sod company in ********, ** and buy 29 roles of sod I planted myself where Cubilete had created the most damage.

  I have photographic evidence to prove the damage he left me with for 4 months (which is a lot in *******, considering our seasons are so short). I also included receipts from credit card to prove that I had to work to fix the damage. I would not have done this had he actually come back and fixed it.
