Yes I came in the restaurant order my food no one was in the restaurant at all a family came in after me and order 4 meals and their food came out before me and the cooks are in the back laughing like something is funnyInitial Complaint

On 11/17/22 @ 12:06 I called in an order I was told 30 min. When I arrived and paid for food I waited another 10 minutes and still not ready. When questioned they stated another 12 min I asked for a refund and a short man tried to show me on the computer that it had not been 30 min when clearly it had been. He went in back and came out 4 min later and threw a bag of food on counter. I said I want a refund. He stated no I absolutely will not give you your money back. I left the food on the counter and left.
