***********************, she works for recruitment her email says GA. ************ I had no knowledge about you cant even find a direct point of contact who you should speak to regrading when these kinds of things happen. She was very rude to me , rude enough for me to leave reviews. She lied to me and She did not make onboarding go smoothly in fact I reached out to her because I was getting emails about a drug test, she said she sent to me but I did not get it. She called me names and accused me of being a person I am not. Unprofessional and combative when I was just trying to get an understanding on my next steps. She said you did not sound like this other day and did not say this Im like wow that was rude. I had a lot to say today because it was a lot going on in my email from this company. She made it seem like I was confused and did not know what I was talking about as I was trying to explain to her and then fired me without me even starting. Told me I was not a good fit because Im trying to figure out about the emails I was sent. Im the one who reached out to her , I was not treated right at all and she said that someone would contact me and nobody said anything to me. Ive sent emails out and called. she did not and would not give me a number and told me one of those emails that have paycom on it should direct you to ****** someone else in hr. Its like how rude is that. Now I dont have a job because of someone else mistake and I kept explaining to her it kept telling me to take my background check again and did not direct me to a drug test. I got an email about that today. She goes thats just an automatic email its like what lady? The fact that this business is not BBB accredited tells me all I need to know. I was not treated like a human today and ************ just was not right.

I received a few text messages with links promising to find good rates for my area, but no delivery on that promise. I feel that too much is being assigned to AI and not enough real foot work worthy of a good customer service review.
