My mother **************, was approved through catholic charities 20 hours a week for home care services - I went with European **************** and they assigned a caregiver by the name of *************************** on February 3,2023 the caregiver screamed at my mom and refused to help pull her pants up once she was done in the washroom. I checked on my mother at 3:30 and she was crying hysterically on the phone and told me the event that happened. The caregiver would not get on the phone with me and she ended up abandoning my mother. I called the agency to let them know what happened. They were unprofessional and what happened was unacceptable On the care that was given to my mother. I have had many issues and called into the agency and nothing has been done. They are not providing good caregivers for the elderly. This is unacceptable and abandonment of an elder.
