      I am writing in an area of serious concern. The Sky zone staff located in ******, ** violated the Skyzone code of conduct and ethics as it pertains to the sky-zone manual. On September 3rd, I was attacked by the entire staff and management. In an effort to bring forth correction. I expressed to management (DAri and *** K, ******) They were very unprofessional. They did not like the fact that someone brought that to their attention. So they retaliated wrongfully. I was not handled properly.I have been a loyal customer since 2015 and have spent thousands of dollars in that establishment up to date. I am well known in that environment and my community. I have never posed a threat to management or its staff. Ive always encouraged the ownership and staff. I have positively mentored many kids in that environment. I am a community woman and have never experienced this much hatred and disrespect. On the third of September, between the hours of 4:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m. I was attacked by DAri and her relatives due to me correcting them on their unprofessionalism. The kids of their generation get ****** when you corrected them. This community needs diversity and cultural training. Culture is currently all African American and very unprofessional. Throughout my tenure there, there has been a high turnover rate they treat it like its a regular job with no integrity. Lounging around in the office gossiping instead of doing their job. Ive witnessed customers leave out on many occasions because there was no one at the front desk. Very unprofessional. Ive witnessed ***** matter on the floor, manager ******** having *** off camera with employees) Marijuana and substance abuse from staff on the premises while under the influence attending to babies, young adults and children. Manager *** K not watching the children. *** K hired an all African American staff who were primarily family members and related to some degree. The hiring measure he took was not beneficial to the skyzone community. It was beneficial to him as a hiring manger to make him look good during an employee and staff shortage. He expressed he can only hire the applications that come in. That does not mean just hire anyone and their relatives. His decisions are not sound and pose a threat to the staff and community residents. In an attempt to reach out to *************************** to find a healthy resolution, She was unresponsive. No one talked to me to and the staff as a whole . It is not fair to ban a loyal paying customer. When asked to provide evidence of my wrongdoing. They had none and I was told very disrespectfully WE dont have to show you anything. Please pull up the cameras on Sept 3rd Between 4:00 pm- 9:00 pm. The incident occurred at the front desk near the front entrance. I should not have been banned and disrespected. *** K put his hands in my face and yelled at me and told me to get out. Being that he lied to get me banned. She should not be in face yelling. He is very militant in his behavior.That is not how you talk to a business professional. As a safety precaution, I had to call the police to assist me to my car in the parking lot. The staff members who were related were waiting to jump me. *** K and staff expressed they dont have to give me their names. Hadnt the police been there. This wouldve made it to the channel 7 news. Thats just how bad and toxic that environment is.I am requesting re-entrance into the establishment once this issue has been resolved being that I was never a threat. Hopefully, new management is present. Im not the problem. I just shedded light on it. As a loyal customer should. I encourage you to read what the others in my community are saying via reviews. We are ALL not lying. I would like to personally speak to ownership and management so that this can be handled professionally. Again, no one has reached out to me, to resolve this conflict. Iv left my number on several occasions. Reached out to ****************** She is unresponsive. Ownership and staff needs training on code of conduct and ethics.This establishment was my daughters favorite place to be. She learned how to walk and do front flips in this establishment. Being that they just opened back up due to closure and numbers were down. This is a clear representation that things need to be done differently to achieve a more positive community outcome.
