I purchased three grills from Keating of Chicago, and initially, everything seemed to be in order. However, after approximately four months of use, the thermostats on all three grills malfunctioned. Understanding that these issues could occur, I promptly contacted Keating to seek assistance in resolving the problem.After a considerable amount of back-and-forth communication, Keating instructed us to get the thermostats serviced and assured us that they would reimburse us for the expenses incurred. Following their instructions, we promptly had the thermostats serviced and submitted the bills to Keating for reimbursement.Regrettably, despite our repeated attempts to follow up with Keating, we have not received any reimbursement for the serviced thermostats. Every time we contact Keating, we are told that someone will get in touch with us to address the matter, but to date, no one has reached out.This situation has caused significant inconvenience and financial strain, as we have had to bear the costs of servicing the thermostats for each grill without any reimbursement from Keating. We believe that this lack of communication and failure to fulfill their commitment is unacceptable, and we are seeking your assistance in resolving this matter.Initial Complaint

Our company purchased a fryer which came with a warranty. We had multiple problems with it over several months and used a local company to fix it. Keating asked us to mail the broken parts back to them and we did, 2 of them being full motors. It has been 6 months and we have not received any credit for the thousands of dollars spent for the work done on the fryer where we paid to keep in good standing with our local repair company. ***** has not returned any of my phone calls or emails over the last six months and according to ****** reviews this is simply their practice, terrible customer service.
