Purchased a 2016 doge durrango for $18,659. It is financed. It has been back at the dealership 4 times since then for problems relating to not being able to drive it. They said they fixed 2 rounds and I'm still having problems with it not wanting to start. They bring me my car back and said they could not figure it out. I go to leave my home a few hours later and my car would not start again. I feel like they keep pushing me away and not helping me and try to fix the issues with my car.Initial Complaint

They patched the old 1 & a few days later no heat again. They finally installed a new radiator. A few days later no heat again. Took it to a local shop i was informed head gasket were blown. took it back to the deal within 3 weeks to ask for my $11,700 back. They refused told me the head gasket was fine. I paid a $500 deposit and drove my family 8 hours to look at a truck that I was told was mechanically sound. When I arrived to look at the truck, I found that the 4x4 service light was on. I asked the sales man (***** ********) about it and he said he would have it checked out in the morning. Put my family up in hotel for the night in order to come back the next day. Checked the carfax and found out that the truck had recently been in for service on the transfer case. Called the service center and they said they said dealership had brought the truck in 2 days before because of the 4x4 issues and given them a quote to fix it. Dealership declined to fix it and tried to sell me the truck instead. Dealership called called me the next morning and said it was a chip that needed to be replaced and that they would have it fixed that day. I explained to the sales rep that I no longer wanted the truck and that I knew it was a transfer case issue. He proceeded to give me a guilt trip about staying an hour late last night to work with me. I explained that I don't trust them and asked for my deposit back. I then drove my family 8 hours back home. The entire trip cost me over $600. It's been 2 weeks and the $500 charge is still on my account despite repeated assurances that a refund would be issued. I've had to contact the fraud department of my bank to try and resolve the issue. But nothing has been resolved. The dealership is no longer responding to my communications.
