I placed an order and an hour went by so I called to check on it. I was then informed that they canceled my order and I was banned because I have made complaints about it taking an hour or more for my delivery. My money has not been refunded nor have I been given any written notice that they canceled my order or about whatever this ban from delivery is. I believe it is my right to have complaints and none of them are ever followed up by management or corporate so it doesnt make any sense. I feel they are discriminating against me because I have made complaints about how long its taken to get my order. I do not believe they have the right to refuse to deliver to me for no apparent reason.Business response

We attempted to assist this customer and correct the issue with her order but she continued to scream and cuss at my employee. This customer has received free food from our store multiple times due to frequent complaints.
