On Oct 29 2022 VS Carriers INC was contracted to move a load from Pickup ********************************************************************** to Drop SDF ***************:US22:DC808 ********************************************************************************************* ,The cargo transported was Food for $2,600 with special instructions Trailer must be pre-cooled to 34 degrees prior to loading and must maintain 34* throughout the trip.Temp recorders are frequently used on these loads. LOAD MUST REMAIN SEALED WITH A PADLOCK AND ****** SEAL FOR THE ENTIRE TRIP**IF THERE ARE ANY ISSUES INTRANST ****** MUST BE INFORMED IMMEDIATELY**FAILURE TO DO SO MAY RESULT IN A FREIGHT CLAIM**. Clean food grade equipment. Carrier is required to have appropriate insurance to compensate ************ **** in full for any material loss occurred between pickup and delivery. But VS Carriers Inc broke the seal transloaded the material which resulted material being rejected and cargo claim of $ 46,425.50,Now they are not responding to insurance .
