The store was running an online special to purchase meat and seafood. I opted to purchase two 16oz-20oz lobsters at cost of $49.98.I picked up the tails on 12/11/22. I didnt think they looked like ***** oz. I cooked one of them on 12/31:22 and after prepping and cooking it may have been **** oz. I tried to talk to someone at the corporate office and took 3 or 4 calls to reach anyone.When I did I spoke with someone named ***** and she referred me to the meat manager by the name of ****. I told him what happened he said they have them in stock and he would send two over to the store in Manteno. I thought they were going to be replacement for the ones I received. I was told when I got to the store that I would have ho pay $59.95 for each one. I told them to keep their lobster tails.Ive been a ioyal customer for as long as they have been open in Manteno about 16 years. I spend roughly $-50.00 weekly and feel I should have been treated better. No one apologized for the error. The store manager gave me a gift card for $25.00 which I will return as I will shop elsewhere .This store is known for selling expired products, lack of help and generally not a very nice store to shop at.Thanking in advance for any consideration.Business response
