i have purchased all of my recent furnishings from them. ive gotten 3 beds, two tables, a set of couches, and a few desks for my office. I have never had a single issue ordering or receiving my furniture. i ********* my friends and family to them for any furniture needs. their staff is helpful and respectful and i couldnt recommend a store moreReview from Alex J

Purchased furniture from these guys on numerous occasions over the years, needless to say, amazing people! Best customer service Ive ever received and theyre able to help you get through the headache of buying new furniture with no issue! 100% recommended checking these guys out!Review from Raven R

I purchased a living room set with fireplace and tall light. My couch broke in the first 45 days of being in home. However, I purchased the five-year warranty for any issues with the furniture. I called the store and was instructed to send pictures of damage. After sending pictures I was calling for the next two months before they sent a man out to fix couch. The man fixed the couch by adding a piece of wood to couch and the leg. I was unsatisfied with the warranty but allowed him to fix couch. At this time, the couch is broken again in the exact same place that was broken the first time. I called the store and was instructed to pay the man to come out again due to warranty only will fix it once. I am very dissatisfied with the service I am receiving after spending my money on a faulty warranty. What additional steps needs to be taken to obtain a new couch? This is ridiculous.

Good afternoon, this customer purchase 2/24/21 got delivery and was satisfied, however four months later after, regarding the damage, customer call the store , and as we normally do we call the person that work with the vendors and have them schedule to come out and take care of Ms. ****** and the store paid for it, to have the work done, she did not like the man, because she wanted a new sofa, we do not replace furniture because the customer use it. she was upset because we did not replace it. However she do have an extended warranty. Which she can utilize that by calling the warranty company. MONTAGE at-************, many people purchase this merchandise and does not have this problem. Only ****************. ,
