Sub par refund/return policy. Company website states 180 day 100% money back, no questions asked return policy.They do not state that bottles must be returned, whether full or empty. I took their product as directed for a month therefore the contents were gone. And with the bottle empty, it was recycled with other trash. I cannot return what I do not have so they gave a $25% refund, $14USD, on a product that cost -- with taxes AND shipping -- about $75USD This is not hassle free, no questions asked and their policy stated on the website is misleading and fraudulentReview from Roanne K

Misleading return and refund policy. I tried to return after 2 months and they asked me to keep taking their product, which I would not have used in full between receipt and their so-called 180 day refund timeline. When I reached out again, the 180 days was almost up, but I asked if there was a way they would still honor it if I returned used and unused bottles right away. ********* (who processed the order) said they would and sent me an email stating the refund would be processed when they got the bottles.This is the PURAVIVE return center address ... as this is also misleading and allows for errors in reporting when a return is received and processed. I DID research prior to ordering. Wonder if they change their name every 6 months to mislead consumers because now there is a TON of bad reviews on the other Puravive store profile.
