Stage Right sent us a stage we had a contract with. They were supposed to answer questions and make changes. They had no contact with us and never answered back emails. We took that as a sign of voided contract. Months later the stage showed up. Company would not respond or take our calls. Soon after a verbal war started on the phone with ************************* and *********************. They wanted us to ship back the stage and pay.$6,818.63 for shipping. During all this the school here almost closed. We did not have funds to send it back. Meanwhile StageRight found a local company here ******** a Entertainment to pick up the stage. They sold the stage to this company. I was in contact with *** he came and picked the stage up. He also signed saying the stage was in new condition. That was impart of the agreement with StageRight for us not to pay shipping back to them. Stage Right has not returned phone calls or emails about this matter. $ ******* is being billed to us. They are trying to get monies from us.
