      These guys were really easy to work with in my case. An old hospital bill from 11/18 caught up with me and HR Accounts were very understanding and I was able to set up a simple payment plan of $25 each pay check. I got a better paying job so I called and was able to easily up it to $50. Ive now been able to bump it again to $75 and Ive only got a couple payments left. I appreciate them not making me feel like I was being punished and this whole thing made me feel a little better about myself for getting it taken care of. This has taught me a valuable ****** that an expensive hospital bill or whatever else can be paid little by little I dont need to pretend it didnt happen or doesnt exist.

      I had an ER bill at *************** for $120, of which I had already paid Banner $60 of it, when I was contacted by *********************** at H&R. I asked when my payment would be due and was told "the end of each month." I mailed each payment on the 15th of the month so it would arrive on time. ******** called me on the 21st of August (Monday) bc my payment "was late." I told her it wasn't due until the end of the month, but that I had mailed it as usual on the 15th of the month, which was the previous Wednesday. Only 3 business days to go ***** miles! ********* thought that was unreasonable. She asked for my checking account number. I refused bc I knew she would take my $15 and my other check would also be cashed. I only owed $30 at this point. She was excessively miffed. I filed a missing mail report with **** a week later, and I found out that their remittance address on their letterhead was incorrect! It had both a street address & a PO Box on the same line (**** frowns on two addresses), and **** said that both the zip code and plus 4 were incorrect, which is what delayed my payment. ******** told me she would call me if she received my check. She did not. I checked my bank and it was cashed on the 25th, which was still an early payment. So this company is ******* me for $30? I haven't carried any debt in 10 years as I pay off my credit cards at the end of the month. My FICO score is consistently 816 points out of 850! And this person is ******* me for $15.00? I was paying regularly and was never late. I asked for a statement of my payments and an invoice showing a zero balance since it is paid off, but I have not received it. I reported them to Banner Health so they would know how disrespectful they were to someone who is paying regularly and ON TIME. Despicable company and very rude employees! I don't understand how they could possibly have an "A+" rating. Apparently, no one at the BBB has ever talked to them on the phone. So rude and totally unwarranted!

      9-11-2023 @ **** hours Central time, I missed a phone call.9-11-2023 @ **** hours, I returned the phone call from their phone number. I spoke with a customer representative briefly and he wanted my personal information (birthday or social) to "access" my account. I checked my credit information while I was on the phone and nothing showed. I'd be more than willing to pay any debts I have....but I am unaware of any and this definitely seems like a scam without ANY informstion provided by them. Skyler S

      I think mostly people who want to vent from bad experiences are usually the ones to post reviews. I had a great experience with the company that I would like to acknowledge. The hospital harassed me about my bills from being in the emergency (which is always expensive). They wanted me to pay $200+ a month. I tried paying $50 a month and they still turned it over to collections. When H&R called about the debt, I was shocked as I was still paying the hospital! The H&R rep was so polite and understanding. They would allow me to pay $5 a month on the same debt when the hospital would take no less than $200. I agreed that I could afford $25 a month and she was ok with it. She also informed me that they had another account that was being processed from the same hospital and I could just add it when I received my letter. I called after receiving the letter and I always speak with the same lady. It makes it easier because she has already worked with me. Anyway, I told her about the new account, she read over the legal notes and I agreed. It didn't increase my payment amount. It just extended the time to pay it off. She was always polite and easy to work with. I hoped all of my accounts would go to them. Unfortunately, they didn't and the other company is not as user friendly. I appreciate this company's patience, understanding and friendliness.

      Horrible people skills. Called first time and verified my name and date of birth. I was told I can get 10% reduction and then started taking about payment plan. Said I will call back when I get a payment method ready. Called again and agent wanted my social security number when I refused to give it to him and only provide my date of birth he hung up on me! Called third time and another rude agent answer that kept talking over me and wouldn't let me complete a sentence. Then said that if I have payment plan I can't get that reduction I already had spoken about with previous agent. Since I don't feel like fighting over $100 difference I just agreed to full payment plan. What a horrible and unprofessional way to treat people who are si play trying to settle debt.

      This company's reps are very unprofessional. I had no idea who this company was when they called, what their business was, nor who they represented. And the rep would not give me any info. ******** wanted my info without me knowing the intend of the call. She ended up hanging up on me rather than try to work out the issue. I called back and asked for a supervisor and ******* was the *********** I was spoken to rudely and unprofessional before finally getting Rob the supervisor. I agreed to pay the **** in full, however asked for a reduction in the amount. I was ready with my form of payment. I suggested, in a somewhat nasty tone, this company may get better results for their clients if they behaved civil on the phone, I then asked if Rob was ready for my **** payment and discovered he had hung up on me. For many individuals, if you have a debt in collections, it is most likely that you can not paid at this time. First personal contact should have the goal of payment, not negative straight from initial contact. Shame on you HR!

      They DO NOT EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR!! I think this is very small company that is in over their heads, has very little people skills, needs to have some manors, and patients with people. Personally I don't know how they got to be a collection agency for my doctor's ****** or ******** for my understanding they don't simply use them they usually use bigger agencies who obviously have better people skills and now I see why. Every time I call I get the same gentleman who happens to also be answering phones and the supervisor he's very very rude disrespectful sarcastic and it doesn't let other people speak people are just wanting information and wanting to be heard and a call Manor.
