The bank closed my account while I was logged into my account and in the process of paying them what I owed. Right after I had wages deposited in my account, they still closed my account, got the remainder from me while i was on the phone with them, and they refused to reinstate my account even though everything was paid. They are refusing to give me access to my financial statements so that I can pay my taxes and are trying to charge me a fee in addition to the monies I've already paid them to have my statements printed or emailed to me. This is all same-day while on the phone with multiple customer service representatives. Every piece of information offered to me by the bank prior to these issues was the same: pay what you owe. I did that and they still closed my account and are withholding my financial information from me.
