I received a flyer advertising a $39 special for a 4 hour home cleaning. I went online to book and should have noticed the red flag that they requested my credit card number prior to offering available dates or divulging the fine print which was that I needed to sign up for a reoccurring payment. They did not offer any dates that worked for me so I did not proceed with the booking, but my Chase credit card was charged the $39 fee despite my not scheduling or receiving the services. I reached out to their customer service via other website to see if I can get this charge reversed and also be reassured that I wouldnt be charged a reoccurring payment, but have not heard back. There is no other way to contact this business besides their website.Business response

Good evening! Im not sure what this complaint is referring to. I dont accept credit card transactions or have ever posted a flyer for a 40$ cleaning special. Also I have on every social media page my direct contact email and phone number posted. Im sorry this happened to you.
