I purchased appliances in November and was told by ********************* that he would update my invoice so I would be eligible for any rebates at the time of my delivery, which were delivered for new construction on April 27th the appliances were delivered and after multiple attempts to resolve the issue and to get an updated/final invoice I have not been successful. This is misleading and deceptive as well poor customer service. Please help me resolve this issue. I have made several calls both to the store and to the corporate office of Grand Appliance as well as sent emails!Business response

The promise to me was the sales order date was suppose to be updated to reflect the delivery date.
