Contacted business in order to obtain a quote for windshield replacement, they provided me a fairly competitive quote and after shopping around a little I decided to go with them. However they have since completely ignored all efforts thru call or text to schedule the service. I have ONLY communicated to them about the car and windshield information, nothing else has ever been brought ** in conversation.Business response

As you can see from the screenshot that the business was marked closed on ****** Dec 6,7,8th. The initial contact was on Dec 5th with the quote the response was" thanks". There wasn't any further talk about scheduling, where i would have explained it would be the follwing week before we could do the job. It does appear that the voice-mail message wasn't changed over with the new hours for days closed, so I apologize for that. That would be where the confusion came in and would explain the no response.Customer response
