In 2019 we hired the company to install an epoxy floor in our garage. One year after the installation of the floor coating it started cracking and coming up or apart. The company came out initially in April of 2020 and made an attempt to correct the faulty flooring. Six months after April 2020 this initially attempted reconciliation it started coming up and cracking again. They were sent a few emails concerning a problem with the floor coating. The company responded by stating they would come over and look at it. The company was sent several texts regarding the issue. We received a response from the first two messages only on these dates. 09.14.21 10.18.21 12.21.21 02.10.22 Invoice dated 03.03.2019 for $4,126.20.
