    Additional Info
On August 30, 2006 the Better Business Bureau met with representatives of Dahn Yoga to discuss the company's file as well as recent events of public concern. The Bureau has become aware of allegations of a questionable nature of "holistic
activities" allegedly being performed during the company's sessions, and/or of consumers being asked to make financial and/or membership decisions under unclear circumstances, and/or of the company responding to consumer complaints but not addressing the issues presented.

In response to the BBB's concerns, Dahn Yoga has outlined the measures the company takes and modifies as necessary to ensure proper refund procedures and customer service. If consumers have an unsatisfactory experience, they can either contact their center manager directly, contact the company's toll free service hotline at 1-877-477-9642 to report a grievance, or email Dahn's customer service center at customerservice@dahnyoga.com. Three channels of communication are available in case the consumer does not desire a direct confrontation and prefers to cancel privately.

The company states that it acknowledges that its programs are not for everyone, and that upon a customer's cancellation Dahn Yoga collects feedback from the customers which is subsequently distributed in monthly reports to all center, district and regional managers. The company's refund policy states that, should a member wish to cancel their membership, they are entitled to a full refund (less the cost of goods used, ie: member's attire, books, etc), within the first 30 days with no questions asked. After this period of time, the company makes financial compensation based on the given customer agreement.

In response to the BBB's inquiry as to what types of modifications the company has put in place to address customer concerns, Dahn Yoga states that, among others:

    * Two additional full-time customer service representatives were hired in 2006.
    * A customer service/feedback system was put in place through communication with center managers, via toll-free hotline and via emails.
    * Monthly customer service reports are distributed to managers, outlining areas of concern and/or in need of improvement.
    * Post-paid customer feedback flyers have been put in every Dahn Yoga center in the US.
    * Ongoing employee surveys are conducted to solicit feedback and share customer service practices.
    * In September and October of 2006, Dahn Yoga will conduct nationwide customer service satisfaction surveys.

The BBB will monitor the company for six months and report any additional information deemed necessary.
