      Serra Honda has had my vehicle since July 5th. It is now August 5th. If I could leave minus 5 stars, I would. My car has been towed at my expense 3 times since January for the same problem. Now I am being told that they can't find the part and has resorted to going to junkyards to try and find a salvage part. My vehicle has ******* miles on it. Have not received one phone call or email for 3 weeks. I was 8 months pregnant the second time it broke down in the middle of the road in a sketchy area of ********. The towing company they use said that they could not get to me till the next day. There is no doubt in my mind that the throttle body that they said was bad was not the problem. Now they are saying that the *** is bad. I cannot afford to keep replacing parts to try any fix the problem by the process of elimination. I cannot continue to borrow cars and Ubers to get to work. I work in the medical field as a Nurse Practioner. My new Son, job and patients depend on me and my ability to get from point A to point B.

      I purchased a new car and dealt with a salesperson who was very unprofessional. When I was taking my steering wheel cover off my trade in, he asked me if I had "all the drugs and alcohol and guns out of the car." He was showing us features on the new car, and my wife and I were in the front seat while he sat in the back. He started whispering things in my wife's ear and then blowing in her ear. I thought I smelled alcohol on his breath and thought he might be drunk. I spoke to the management about it. He gave me his personal phone number and offered to do anything I needed. I mentioned he needed to talk to him about his conduct.

      After only a year and a half of having our 2022 Honda Passport, it has depreciated to only $27,000. After doing research, I've learned that they took advantage of us and we paid almost $10k over what the average MSRP price our car was selling for. We are now $14,000 in negative equity with no solution in sight. That's honestly just bad business. It makes me want to never purchase from a dealership ever again. If you feel the need to take advantage of young families just because they don't know better, you're trash.

      Ry, I looked at your purchase and you bought the vehicle for MSRP which is standard price. You do have taxes and a warranty added but nothing out of the ordinary. If you're looking to trade in your passport the warranty ($3200) is prorated and refunded back to you. If you would like to review your paperwork please come in and we can go over it.

      I recently bought a car here and the staff member from finance should probably slow things down a bit. Overlooking my itemized contract over the weekend I noticed there was a $4,000 service contract added on. In the process of finalizing the sale, I did not at all express interest in buying an extended warranty. I asked about a package for oil changes but that is all. Now, yes, I signed the contract and should be responsible for knowing what I am signing. Although, after bringing this up with him he even acknowledged that I did not show interest and it would be something that I would think about adding later on. Well, it's signed and there's no removing this warranty and at the same time lowering my monthly payment. A mistake on Serra's staff. Mind you this is the finance manager. Sneaky business if you ask me.

      The service agreement has to accepted or declined on the contract with the amount so customer are aware of what they are purchasing. You have to sign specifically for acknowledgement. If at this point you dont want the extended warranty it is 100% cancelable. We appreciate your business and dont want you paying for any additional products you dont want. Please come to the dealership and fill out a cancellation form if thats what you would like to do and your refund will be processed.
