I am attempting to have a mattress returned for the third consecutive time. No feedback, no tracking. **************** via chat line will end the conversation once they see that a pick up has been scheduled, what they don't care to figure out is that it's the third time I've scheduled it. I paid the $99.00 return fee over two weeks ago. Every time I spend my precious time pulling up the information to schedule another pick up irritates me deeply.Review from Tyler S

If you are in the business of logistics, maybe don't be terrible at it? Arrived 4.5 hours late with no further timing updates after they missed their promised 4 hour arrival window. They ended up not being able to deliver the product.Review from T. L

I ordered white glove delivery for an oven from **********. In short: 4 missed deliveries in the last 12 days -- in other words, I adjusted my work schedule 4 times to have them not ever deliver my oven. I've spoken to almost every customer service agent and manager I could get a hold of, by phone, chat, and email. All of it was useless. It honestly became one of the more absurd, Kafkaesque experiences I've had in a long time. I have so many more thoughts to add to this review, but honestly, for my own sanity, I just can't spend another minute dwelling on this company's atrocious "service." In the end I canceled my order and bought an oven elsewhere. Sadly, you might not be able to avoid this company, but I would walk from the store carrying an oven on my back before I'd ever schedule a delivery from them again.Review from Jorge L

I am filing a formal complaint against Hub Group due to my ongoing negative experiences with their customer service, failure to deliver on promises, and the lack of any effective way to escalate my concerns within the company.Over the past month, I have repeatedly encountered poor customer service when dealing with ********************. Despite multiple attempts to resolve my issues, I have been met with representatives who are either unhelpful or unable to provide any meaningful solutions. Their dismissive attitude has left me feeling that customer satisfaction is not a priority for the company.Moreover, they have made several promises regarding the delivery of my purchase that have gone unfulfilled. These broken promises have caused significant inconvenience and frustration. It is unacceptable for a company to make commitments to its customers and then fail to follow through without explanation or resolution.What is particularly troubling is the apparent lack of accountability within the company. There seems to be no effective way to file a formal complaint or speak directly with management. Instead, the company appears to hide behind its customer service representatives, making it nearly impossible for customers to escalate their concerns or seek meaningful resolutions.I believe these issues reflect a broader problem with the companys approach to customer service and its commitment to delivering on its promises. As a customer, I feel disregarded and undervalued, and I believe other customers may be experiencing similar frustrations.I'd like to ask that the Better Business Bureau investigate this matter and take appropriate action to hold Hub Group accountable for its poor customer service practices and failure to honor its commitments.Review from Rachel J

Ordered a large playground June 11th, 2024. It arrived in ************************* they claim June 18th, 2024. I waited a solid week before contacting when it may start being scheduled for delivery. I was put on hold and told she was on the phone with someone at the warehouse and they said I live 2.5 hours away from ********** that that was going to be a long drive looking at 5 hours. That means nothing to me youre a shipping company thats your job right??? To ship peoples deliveries! She proceeded to tell me they dont get paid until its deliveredokay simple deliver it then. we end our call on they will look at the following week to deliver. That went by and I called and live chatted again a couple more times. Same run around escalate it July 3rd approachs and I randomly get a phone call from ******* and said he had my deliver out and has to turn around due to road closures for flooding. I asked where are you and he says fort dodge. I laughed and said youre an hour away from me just to turn around? Take an alternate route! Has to be reschuled. Here we are its July 18th, 2024 and Ive continued to call and they continue to escalate this my most recent phone call is July 18th and Ive gotten the same thing and when I told him maybe I need to look into getting the police involved he got short with me and said take it up with your vendor. You have my package just sitting in YOUR warehouse that youre refusing to deliver to me because I was told I live to far away so I guess hub group gets to keep my large package. I strongly recommend never using this company theyre nothing but THIEFS!Review from Austin E

I hate leaving bad reviews but these folks are the worst. Last Friday, they told us our delivery slot would be 12-4. They got here at 5:30 then refused to install our appliance citing a company policy that it had to be disconnected first. I offered to disconnect it but they still refused. When we called customer service they stated they never had heard of such a policy. We had the same time slot lined up for today. They still hadnt shown up at 4, so we called and they said they were two stops away. They never showed up and stopped answering the phone. Its some of the worst customer service Ive ever received. They wont even let us go pick up the appliance ourselves. Do not do business with this company if possible.Review from Sara W

Hub Group stole a $500 shed from me. I have tried calling and chatting online to no avail. ********** uses this joke of a delivery service and so I will never order anything from ********** in the future. Hub Group lied about delivering the shed so my credit card will not refund me the money. In the online chat, the customer service just tells me that they need time "to search the warehouse" and that they will call me in 72 hours. Once the 72 hours passed and I did not receive a call(shocker!) , I tried chatting again and the chat kept disconnecting. I called and the call disconnected. When I finally got through on a different day, the customer service agent pretended she was finding something out and put me on hold. I really don't think she had any intention of coming back to the call but I couldn't find out because I had to hang up after 20 minutes of waiting. I realize that I am never getting this money back or getting the shed. I have had $500 stolen from me. It took me years to decide that I could afford to buy the **** shed. I just wanted some space to put some things and now I feel cheated, angry at the world. This mean horrible world that allows a company like this to steal from me. And I feel so powerless, I feel as powerless as when I got robbed in ************* a few years ago. No one can help me, no one truly cares about the fact that I am paying $500 for nothing.Review from Camera H

DO NOT USE!!! I am still waiting for a refund for ************************* ***** MACHINE they never delivered never gave any explanation as to why after several emails and calls they just deleted my tracking number and I am still waiting refund from the company I purchased it from. Rescheduled and didn't show several times and lied about rescheduling it twice.Review from KYLE N

Live chat is a joke- no LIVE person anywhere. Emails completely unhelpful. I cannot explain how many hours I sank into trying to schedule a pick-up. DO NOT USE.Review from Celio A

They sold me a load as agreed and at the end they dont do what they say ********* they hang up the phone and never gave me an answer of what is going on I hope they pay me for so many days down without running I doubt if I decide to haul another load with them Its a waste of time money and bad moments of headaches
