complain against realtor *********************** Her phone number is **********. As of todays date, **************** has threatened to have her lawyer get involved in a dispute regarding a property she listed on the **** This property should not be on the **** as when I asked **************** several times as to why she has listed the property and has invited both herself and others to enter my home without any prior knowledge to myself, she has refused to answer me and instead, has installed a lock box on the property allowing access to herself and other realtors to enter my home at their own volution without any prior notice to me, and also posing a danger to myself and upsetting my quiet enjoyment of the property.**************** refuses to provide any information about why she feels she can list my legal residence for sale on the **** which currently shows there is a contingent offer for sale of the premises. I have a legal right to reside at this property and have legal documentation to prove it, while **************** has failed in her due diligence to receive the proper consent to list the home for sale. To date, she has not shown me any legal documentation, such as a deed, trust, valid legal will allowing conveyance of the property, or any other documentation providing her with authority to act as she has. **************** allowed access to my home, my alarm system was tripped and I called the police, thinking an intruder was attempting to break into my home.**************** has not been justified in her actions to date and refuses to speak with me regarding her alleged justification to allow her to enter the premises I have considered my home since my birth. If there have been any legal actions taken against me regarding my residence, I have a right to know and have not received any notices, orders, or other documentation from a court or other tribunal within the jurisdiction in which I reside. To date, the premises have been listed on the *** 82 days without my knowledge.Business response

To whom it may concern:
I am writing in response to the complaint with ID ********.
I have read the complaint and the information in it is completely false. I have listed the property in question, but the complainant is not the owner of the property. I was hired by the executer of the estate, and I do have documentation to prove this. The complainant is a family member that has been living in the property (after the death of the owner) for the past 10 years without paying rent or keeping up with her agreement to pay the real estate taxes. The executer of the estate hired me to sell the property.
I met with the complainant several times to explain the sales process. She was given notice well in advance (January 2023) that she should begin looking for other housing. I offered to help her, as she was interested in purchasing a condo. Upon speaking with a lender, it became clear that she was not in a position to purchase, so she said she would start looking for a place to rent. She was very cooperative regarding the sale of the home. She gave permission for me to put a lockbox on the property (even though her permission was not needed) and responded to showing requests sent by the showing service. I also spoke with her on a weekly basis to keep her informed, and texted and called her regularly in addition to our weekly calls.
When the property went under contract and she was told she would have to move out before the closing date, she stopped being cooperative and started to be combative.
The property went under contract on May 2, 2023. The original closing date was set for June 15, 2023. The complainant made no attempt to move by that date. We extended the closing to July 24, 2023. She still had made no attempt to move. The executers attorney filed a motion to evict the complainant. The court date was 7/19/2023. The judge told the complainant directly (as she was in court) that she would be evicted if she did not leave of her own accord and that she would be responsible for any attorney/court fees pertaining to this property and the court proceedings against her.
We received this from the attorney this morning:
I have received Authorization from the Probate Judge to file an Eviction against the complainant. I filed it yesterday and the Court date given by the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Cook County is August 22, 2023 at 9;00 AM in Room **** of the ***************** via Zoom Video Conference.
I have kept all text correspondence. She absolutely had knowledge of the home being listed in the *** as well as proper notice for all showings.Customer response
