Despite concerns this was a scam, I was considering using this service to lower my electrical bill and wanted more time to research. But after informing the door-to-door salesperson that I would like to think the offer over before signing, he rudely yelled, Thanks for wasting my f*****g time before storming off. Called my electric supplier afterward to ensure there would be no changes on my account since this man unfortunately ended up with access to my account information.Review from Amber H

I called the company number listed on the internet as ********. Spoke to customer service and had her look up my number, She said that there was no history of my number being called but would put me on the do not call list. I believe this company and who they sell our info to is BS! Do not talk to these **** (if you can understand their broken English), and block them when possible.Review from Mickey K

This company harasses me daily. They call and I block, then they use a different name, and I block.They call so many times. They need to stop. They even change the name of the company they are calling from.I have a job, they call while I am at work.I WOULD NEVER do business with a company like this. Do not, under any circumstances, use this company as your supplier. I have ComEd and they showed up at my door one day claiming to be from ComEd. They told me they were there to help me get a better rate. The agent went through the whole spiel and, Ill admit to my own stupidity, I signed up. Well, that discount last all of a couple months. My bill and price per KWh has tripled. I will be removing them from my account immediately. This place is a complete scam.Review from Wyatt J

I had an awesome experience with a couple young adults that taught me that we had a choice to pick our own gas supplier without switching from Nipsco, and there is a website that we can watch rates and switch when needed. They defiantly knew their knowledge about it and answered all my questions. I have my service for 4 months now and I love it. I also get rewards in my emails. I enjoy my experience with Nordic Energy.Review from Lori B

They will NOT quit calling! They call multiple times a day from different numbers and area codes I have blocked every number they call from and am on the DO NOT CALL LIST! It is very frustrating to say the least.Review from Derek R

Definitely attempted to convert me from my current energy supplier without explaining who they were. They claimed to be from "AEP" and would not provide any clarity as to who they actually were until I asked a third time. They are definitely preying on trusting people, hoping they can hide who they actually are and switch you over to their supplier service thinking that it is a directive from the transmitter/distributor.Review from Shea T

I have asked this company to stop calling me and they persist, multiple times a day. I have blocked many numbers and they continue to call from other numbers. I also am registered on the national do not call list. I am not a customer and have not done business with them in the past.
