The product they sent is not Tallow, it looks like Lard, it smells and tastes rancid, the texture melts and I applied it to my skin and it caused irritation, or they sent me an adulterated or spoiled or different product. I contacted them to tell them that it was in bad condition or that something had happened and they gave me no solution. The use of this product is dangerous to health in the state in which it was sent to me. Sulu does not want to return or refund the money for the products. They say their products are fresh in 2-4 weeks and they sent me one produced on 11/13/23. They also say they have 100% satisfaction guaranteed, but they won't let me return the product. They say all products are tested to ensure the highest quality using AOCS ******************************** methods. ASK FOR YOUR CERTIFICATE OF THE *** YOU PURCHASED! We provide a Certificate of Analysis and *********** Sheet for each product they sell, but they do not want to return it and refund the money.Review from Julie S

Placed an order on 1/26/24. After multiple communications via text on their site and my personal email, I have gone back and forth with the company. The **** tracking appeared to be in situ for weeks.I contacted the company again and initially they were supposed to expedite the order this past Monday if no update from ****.The week went by, no overnight express order received.I should have paid heed to the previous BBB complaints about this company regarding the warning of delivery issues.Very poor business practice to not be able to send a package from ******** to *********** is less than 3 weeks.I ended up calling Customer support today and requested a refund immediately. It was given along with an apology which to me, is an hour late and a dollar short.I will NOT be using this company again and would highly caution other's to think twice before doing so unless you have no issue with waiting nearly a month for 3 items.Review from Gregory E

I have been searching laboriously on the web for great priced Organic Oils, and Sulu Organics has some of the best pricing if not the best pricing on the web. And, they have high reviews on the products that they sell on Amazon. It appears to me that the quality and price point can't be beat!Review from Danny W

I ordered 2 bottles of *********** and only received one. I have reached out through phone, email, and chat on their website and have gotten NO response. It's been over a month now. I will no longer reach out I will just take the loss. I wouldn't suggest buying directly from their site. I have purchased through Amazon and always received my oil, but they were no longer on Amazon(now I may know why) so I looked for their direct website and placed my order there. My order never came and 3 weeks later they informed me after I inquired that my item was damaged in transit. They were extremely rude to me and said they would of given me the order for free but that I wasnt polite enough. It was a really odd encounter and very unprofessional. I have purchased different products from Sulu Organics and have always been pleased with the product and delivery time. The one time the order was incomplete I called and the missing item was shipped immediately. I own my own business and customer service is a huge priority for me and the customer service was superb. Number one of you pay for one day shipping like I did you will not be getting it within a couple days which at first made me upset but I looked at their shipping policy on their site and it says 2-3 day processing THEN it will ship. Once I got the notification I did receive it next day so in reality I got it 4 business days after purchase but it was worth the wait. Let me just say I have bought A LOT of oils from many different companies. I was HIGHLY skeptical about this companys product because the prices were so low but I like to use American made products so I gave it a try and Im so glad I did. I will be switching some more of the ingredients I use for my business to this company. SO GLAD i scrolled through Amazon to find them. Just because something says its natural doesnt mean its unrefined but their oil is and thats exactly what I need.I was also upset at first because their sunflower oil is high oleic and the listing didnt say that however I tried the oil to give it a fair shake and ohmygoodness I am in love. Lifelong customer right here. *bought wholesale cold pressed, unrefined sunflower oil*
