Our garage heater had stopped working. We could get it to work by manually starting the pilot light, but it would keep going out easily. So, my husband and I would just make sure to go light it again if it got too cold and we were worried about the rooms above the garage. We hired Allied Heating To see if they can fix it. They have not. They have been to our house a total of 5 times, this last time they broke the unit. The 5th guy told me it was a dinosaur unit and he left the heater broke apart on the garage floor and left. We have called Allied over 4 times and texted twice that we want them to come out and replace the part they broke and just get the unit back to the way it was before they came out repeatedly and charged us money. Just put it back the way you found it. They will not return our texts or calls. My husband called today and they told him that the part is obsolete and they will get back to us. (we both know they won't) I have given them enough tries to make this right. We just want our heater put back together the way it was before the 5th visit tech broke it. Please help us get action on this. We want a repair and refund of our money that we have given them so far.
