This company sends a lot of unsolicited mail with "Mortgage Protection Plan" written in bold letters on the top, but with a disclaimer written in microscopic print stating that the company is not affiliated or endorsed by any bank or lending institution. So, 100% SCAM.Review from Denise E

This company has been calling me to the point of harassment. I am on do not call lists and I still get contacted by them 4 to 5 times a week. Blocking numbers is not stopping them, they just use a different number. Speaking briefly to them, they are english speaking asians. As soon as they realize I am not buying, they hang ** on me. The calls continue despite my requests to be on their do not call list.I also received letters from them.The mail is nonsensical, created to look like a collections notice. It says the sender is "***************** ********* then the return address is Mortgage Protection Division, PO BOX *****, Palatine, **, 60095-9901 The actual letter if simple, lacks professionalism, shows no costs, no telephone number. Obviously this is some kind of scam. I will be dropping this letter off at my county attorney office. I did ****** this company and they have been legally ordered to stop posing as a financial institution. Do not get involved with this "business".Review from Kathleen R

I recently aquired a home equit loan. I started getting letters within a week of closing. I received 8 letters in 1 day and another one today!!!!!. How to stop this.Review from Bonnie B

This company has sent mortgage protection letters - 3 came today using my address and listing another person name indicating they are part of the mortgage. The person listed is not and does not have any authority to make any decisions regarding my home. This type of mailing is encouraging identity theft. There is no phone number to call to ask to remove this address from their mailing list. If I could, I would rate company as a ZERO - as it appears to be a scam.Review from Stefanie J

I recently purchased a home, and I suddenly started receiving solicitation letters from this random company in the mail no less than three almost every day. In addition, they have my mortgage company prominently listed to make me think it has something to do with them.Review from Janelle C

Recently began receiving their soliciting mail with the heading fraudulently showing: Lender: *********. It ridiculous they're trying to sell me a "Universal or Term Life policy" as shown in very small print which has absolutely nothing to do with the lender. Disguising themselves as another company is deceptive and shows they are the scum of the earth. I've reported them to the *** and here as well.
