Our company truck was involved in an accident and was towed to NW Trucks *** of ***************************************** who charged for services that were never done and outside of common sense. Our Operations Manager asked NW to schedule a *** inspection when repairs were completed to be fully cleared for driving. NW had the *** inspection done BEFORE the work was completed and charged us $97.50 for the failed inspection. We were also charged $156 for Rear Axle Seal repair which was never done. NW demanded cash payment in full to release our truck. We are located in ******** so bringing cash on short notice was not feasible. We made an ACH payment which our bank Manager verified was successful on Monday, March 25. We asked NW to call immediately upon verification they received our ACH so we could remove our truck from their lot. NW never called us so early Tuesday the 26th our Accounting Admin contacted NW's A/R department who acknowledged receipt of the **** We then scheduled an ** tow truck to remove our truck from NW's lot immediately. However, *********************, GM/VP of Operations now demanded an additional cash payment of $75 for "storage" for not picking up our truck on March 25th and NW proceeded to cancel our scheduled tow driver. He stated that we had not paid our invoice in full (due to the added storage of $75). Because of this, we had to send 2 of our drivers from ******** to ******** with cash to finally remove our truck from their facility. To make this whole incident even worse, at some point while our truck was at their facility waiting for their repairs (Jan 19 - March 26), the box was damaged. We have photos and police body cam footage from the accident scene to prove the box was not damaged before dropping it at their facility for the front end accident repairs. They denied causing the damage to the truck box which could have been claimed and covered under their ************************* We recommend you never do business with this company.
