He is compassionate and ultimately supportive knowing my husband fought in ******* which made our VA loan feel well respected. I would like to start with a heartfelt Thank you to our ***************** ************************ He was nothing short of spectacular! A true professional right from the start, extremely meticulous, and very detailed. Our entire loan process for a our VA Refinance went very well. We had a a few hurdles and bumps that we had to clear, but each time ***** was steadfast, and determined to get things done right. I only wish the Customer Review Rating could be more than five STARS, because ***** has earned that and more. I dont know where I should even begin ******************* is a pure professional he walked me through every step of the way and cared about every concern that I had.He was in contact with me constantly To reassure us that everything was going smoothly from the minute I called him to the minute we closed on the refinance.I appreciate him he help me clean up all my paperwork he got my credit score up again **** care of all the paperwork that I needed to clean up and he took care of me like no other I recommend ************** to anybody that needs a home mortgage or refinance. United Trust Bank gets 5 stars, but our loan officer deserves 10, just like his last name. Lucky me, after two years of medical and financial uncertainty and not knowing if any day we would receive a home foreclosure notification, Mr. **** rescued me from a previous loan modification paperwork black hole that nobody could figure out for over 12 months. Thanks to his professional expertise and tenacity, Mr. **** worked hard with the United Trust Bank underwriters to get us through a very complicated VA loan refinance process. After many conference calls and listening in on his amazing skills of verbal judo, he was able to resolve a technical issue with the existing loan servicer and a previous loan servicer regarding documentation for my prior COVID loan forbearance period. I would recommend Mr. **** and United Trust Bank to anyone needing a lender that puts the customer first. This cash-out refinancing of my mortgage has simplified my life and today I know that my wife and I will be able to live comfortably in our home.

I give United Bank Trust 5-Stars, because my experience with them was absolutely that! This mortgage team worked tirelessly and efficiently on my cash-out refi (payoff high-interest credit, and cash pay-out to me), in HI (outside of their normal service region). ***This was a $1 milllion loan, and the fees and services were less than $18k (They are truly out to serve their customers, and not rip them off).I give *********************** ******************** my absolute top praise. He is TOP NOTCH. This is my guy for any future mortgage needs. I've had several loan officers in the past, and **** has been the best of them. Absolutely straight-forward, professional, and he worked hard to get me the best deal that I qualified for. ***He even volunteered to conference call to resolve an issue with homeowner insurance*** I would recommend him and UBT to anyone needing a lender that puts the customer first.
