Hello, Upon review of the customer's account, he placed a ******** liability-only auto insurance policy. While Roadside Assistance (RSA) is a service we offer, it was not included in the policy purchased by the customer.Customer response

Ive been with insurance navy for close to 4 years now. Ive loved working with this company. Until the last year Ive had nothing but issues. I always report these issues to the broker or agent and nothing changes. Ive had more than a handful of times where I never get a update that my insurance is due on a certain date I only get a notice when the bill is past due maybe 3 days so I get changed way more than my insurance amount. Another issue Ive had is getting in contact with someone to make the payment. Ive been trying to contact them for 2 weeks to make a change to my policy and make a payment but I am on hold for a long period of time. I only have ************************************ to stay on hold for longer than that. I also try calling when I get off work but by that time they are closed. And today I finally get a hold of a agent after calling 3 different numbers and they say they cant do anything about this because they have the online payment method. *** tried that method and it never lets me finish the process online so thats why I always call. I just want these issues resolved because ** getting over charged every month.Business response

I request some method of retrieving my mail from an uncooperative person. I received mail address to me at my old address where my father lives, including checks,bills, and personal mail that I requested forwarded to me; but my father is keeping my mail from me, including time sensitive checks.for any new complaints as arise- if refund not direct thru ******** then email agencies, medical. mediation, ngos, press, lawyers law claims or some irl fone tech in betweens ie linkedin whatsapp evidence bodies ie hotel bank discriminated against me for being transgender, capitalone terminated without cause test regunds tix Need refunds from all americorpdossba reported to gov all credit disputes eso collections these apps I have used this app for years and through it, formed networks of artistic collaborations, organized shows across the country and abroad, formed friend groups, traveled to far flung places, and thus, I think used it quite adeptly. Now, however, I have been banned- for no reason that I can tell. I have done nothing wrong on the app, and in fact, I think that this may be a case of gender discrimination (I am trans). Fairness aside, tinder, like any company under government regulation, must adhere to anti-discrimination civil rights law, in addition to international human rights convention. I require a full review of my account, the reason for the ban, and methods of recourse or I will file a substantial legal case alleging civil rights violations by ************ A preferable alternative would be for your subsidiary to stop involuntary and unexplained bans, including mine, with the understanding that I am a very powerful and profitable client of yours, willing to work with you given the future potential uses of the app that I have discovered- including, as I noted above, arts and grassroots organizing, networking, and travel. On July 28th this year I got my car insured with Insurance Navy who charged me $70 for a deposit. The same day I canceled it because I found a better price somewhere else. When I tried to get my money back they told me I couldn't get it because it's a service fee. Unfortunately I didn't read that, but still I don't think it is fair because I never get the service from them, their coverage it was supposed to star the following day. I would appreciate if you can help me solve this problem. Thank you!Business response

I picked up an Ad at my neighborhood store which stated that you could obtain SR-22 for as low as 22 dollars a month so I stopped by a local Insurance Navy in Bridgeview to inquire about the insurance and a representative said that I could get my son insured for as low as $33 dollars a month at that time I thought that was a good rate. So two days later I called Insurance Navy to set up the insurance at that time I was told that I would paying $33 a month and that I needed to put down $70 at that time to get the insurance started so I did. So I called the representative back a couple hours to discuss adding liability on the car. At that time she stated that it would cost me around $738 a month with the liability added so I stated to her that was a little too much a month so I decided to just cancel the insurance and ask them to refund my money the representative stated to me that I would need to fill out a cancellation form to cancel the insurance and so she verified my email address and sent me a cancellation form to sign and email it back to her and I did and I called her to verify that she had received my cancellation form that I emailed back to her she said she had received it and that I would be getting a check in the mail in about 5 or 6 weeks so as of June 19 I had not received my check so I gave them a call to see where was my refund at. The representative I talked to stated that I would not be getting a refund because that money was going to be paid for an agency fee. I stated to her after talking to you and many other representatives there has not been any mention or an agency fee neither have I signed any contract mentioning anything of an agency fee so I am expecting a full refund of my $70.00 payment.Business response

This company does not even deserve a one star. At this point I will be forced to take legal action against this company. This company has really scammed me out of $550. I called today in regards to a refund that I requested March 10th after a month of not receiving a refund. Today I asked to speak to *********** was put on hold for over an hour. They left me on hold and did not tell me she was unavailable until an hour later keeping me on hold the entire time knowing that she was not available. I Still have not spoke to a manager or have had any assistance getting this matter resolved. I was referred to this company by a car dealer I purchased a car through. The car was returned the next day after purchase. I paid $370 Initially for a policy for a car I only had one day. I called March 10th to cancel the policy the rep I spoke to told me all I had to do was sign a form to get a refund and cancel. I never received the form via email. I called the following week on the 21st to see why it was never *********** never sent it. The next rep that I spoke with sent it to my email, I signed it a sent it back on the 21st. I have the paper work PROVING I signed to cancel this policy on the 21st. I told her that I needed the full refund because I only had the car one day she said that she seen that I called in on the 10th to cancel and if the dealership contacted her and let her know that I only had the car for one day that she would be able to refund me from the 10th. I contacted the dealer and had him give them the ******** even called back to confirm that it was canceled and the rep assured me that I would receive a refund in a few weeks its been a month no refund. I called today to resolve the matter to see why I didnt receive anything and they said it was still processing was never canceled PUT ME ON HOLD FOR AN HOUR & CHARGED MY CARD ANOTHER $180 as a joke because I called in for a refund $550 total Im out of for a car I only had one day So UNPROFESSIONAL!Business response

Refunds are based on who choses to cancel the policy, how much time you have left on the policy and the companys policies regarding refunds. Regarding your policy, you were refunded an amount of $178. Your bank account showed it as a pending transaction but it was sent as a credit, you were not charged an additional $180.
