Came in on 2/13/2024 after the initial visit to them showed no results typical with the vampire facials that Ive had a dozen times at other med spas. They offered to do another treatment to achieve the results of a vampire facial. They did not use a skin pen on me that is standard for micro needling and did not do my whole face or neck. After leaving I noticed large track marks on my neck that I have never had in the past and even several hours later they were raised and looked terrible. The next day they are still there and as someone who gets micro needling and vampire facials frequently I know this is not normal and I feel they did this intentionally because I was not happy with my first service.
