Bump Boxes is a scam. I signed up for a 6-month subscription, only to be charged for months I didn’t authorize. Their auto-renewal terms are buried in the fine print and not clearly communicated during checkout. Despite reaching out with evidence of the original agreement, they refused to issue a refund, showing a complete disregard for their customers. I’ve since filed a dispute with my credit card company and want to warn others about their deceptive practices. Beware of this company—they prioritize profits over transparency and customer satisfaction.

I gifted a 9 month subscription to a dear friend who delivered a little early. Looking at the terms and conditions, the 3,6, and 9 month gift subscription are NOT eligible for cancelation. So why was I charged a renewal fee AFTER the 9 month sub? When I reached out, a snotty reply from a rep said I had been in control of my account and should have canceled before the renewal and quoted the terms and services. This is a predatory company and I will make sure I let everyone know. Please feel free refer to the last line of the Automatic Monthly Renewal Terms on the website.

I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing a subscription. Worst customer service ever. Refuses to take a phone call. Free breast pump is a scam. Additional charges for canceling subscription.

I signed up for a 6-month subscription thinking that nothing could go wrong with this company. I've seen hundreds of ads and neglected to look for reviews of the company prior to. I ordered my first box. When it arrived I tried the belly tape that they had and after a couple hours of use it gave me a pretty painful rash on my pregnant belly. I contacted customer service immediately and sent them pictures. They said oh no, it looks like you had an allergic reaction. They then offered for me to return my unused products, not including the belly tape that gave me a rash, or to cancel with a $25 fee for cancellation. I told them that neither one of those options worked for me. As stated on their website, it would be a hassle-free cancellation and I could cancel at any time. I still have yet to see where they state that you must pay $25 in order to cancel. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told I was speaking to a supervisor and there was no higher-ups to talk to. Buyer beware. This company is sneaky and shady. Products are less than W****** quality. They lie about the price of what the products cost. They tell you you're getting hundreds of dollars worth of items. When in reality, if you go to any drugstore you can find these exact same items for less than half what they're claiming they're worth. Customer service is a joke. They didn't care about their products giving me a rash, they wouldn't allow me to cancel without paying them $25 in order to do so. They didn't offer me a refund for even just the belly tape that gave me a rash. Nothing was done on their part to remedy the situation. Highly recommend nobody buys from them. There are plenty of other pregnancy subscriptions that really are worth the money and are not shady.

Beware of this company, I have experienced dishonest, misleading practices. I have been charged for a product that was never delivered, I was told 3 times that the address was incorrect and it was not. I ordered 4 weeks ago and still have not received the Bump Box and incurred $72 in charges. When I requested a refund and to cancel my subscription the response was "We do not provide refunds and there will be a charge to cancel. I believe I have been scammed.

Massive WARNING: DO NOT TRUST, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A SCAM. I bought a 6-month Bump Boxes subscription for my wife, expecting it to end after six months. Instead, they kept charging me for additional months without clear disclosure of their deceptive auto-renewal policy. When I reached out, they refused to refund even a single month, basically saying they don’t care about their customers. The products included are poor quality, useless, or otherwise offer no value. Almost everything in the 6-month subscription has been trashed. This is a predatory, misleading scam, especially targeting new parents. I will go out of my way to warn everyone in my large network to avoid Bump Boxes like the plague.
