I took my 2020 ****** Sienna converted accessible van in to get a simple oil change on 8/29/23 They told us that my hose that is connected the oil compartment under the hood of the car, was broken. Prior to bringing my vehicle in the house was NOT broken, there was absolutely NOTHING wrong with the vehicle, no check engine lights were on or nothing. About a day or so after, my check engine light turned on and I started having issues with my vehicle. I brought it back in and told them about my issues and that that hose was never broken prior to bringing it in, the vehicle is brand new, has about 20k miles on it and is in wonderful condition prior to bringing in into "Super Lube" which online on better business bureau it's listed under "Oil Exchange"They offered to fix the part after admitting their fault in breaking it. However they are now saying the part they broke has nothing to do with the further damage it is now costing my vehicle. Im terrified driving this car with my child in it who is also disabled and in a wheelchair. We cannot risk having this vehicle break down on us in the middle of driving or worse cause an accident. We have spoken to them several times, they left us a voicemail stating they would fix it if we brought it in. We did and all they did was run another diagnostic test after clearing the codes THEMSELVES, and then telling us in turn to take it to "Our" dealership and have them diagnose it next. We are highly upset with this business as it is not the first time they have caused and issue to our vehicle. On 4/14/2022 they broke the oil cap and claimed it was broken prior to service. This business is not taking full responsibility for their fault, and their mistake and we have tried to work with them however we truly feel at this point they are giving us the run around and we cannot continue to drive in a vehicle that is bound to break down at any moment now. Please help us resolve this issue as we do not know what to do at this point.
