I hired TLD Construction LLC to install a concrete driveway and two concrete patios. Unfortunately, they did not finish the job. They did not seal my patios. Also, I had another concrete company to come out to see if the work was adequate. I was told to file a complaint with the city of ********. However, the work permit office of ******** could not find a permit from TLD Construction to do the work at my home. I am disappointed because I had faith and the money they charge to get the work done appropriate. I would like you to get some answers and hopefully have them to do what I paid to have done. Thank you.

To Whom it may concern, TLD Construction LLC, goes beyond to help to make sure jobs go smoothly, there are some clients that just want more then what you can provide. Issues sealant!! I charged ****** to ****** ( half of the cost of normal ) sealant is almost ****** plus that's not including rollers , paint pans etc. We sealed the driveway and sidewalk. That took 1 and 1/2 5 gallon buckets of sealant ( ******) it took my employee 3 to 4 hours to do . At 25 dollars a hour , I sent 4 of my guys to the property for black dirt to be spread 3 times , every time to say it looks good . As a business owner I can't send employees back and forth after the client oks the work . Sealing the patios was not talked about during the conversation we had . Thks **** *****
