      I bought a high price vaporizer from this shop and within a month it completely stopped working. Price tag including taxes $185.39. when I returned to the shop, person behind the counter refused to take any responsibility and provided me with a manufacturer phone number which is based in ***** and no one answered the call. I told the manager he claimed they receive their products from a vendor and when asked for their contact information manager became belligerent and asked me to leave the store.

      I am the owner of the establishment.  I was on the phone with *******, the manager of that location, as this dispute was going on when the customer threatened to call the police.  We honor broken units within 30 days of purchase and return them to the distributor for a credit.  This purchase was past the 30 day warranty period, and had visible physical damage on the device.  In these situations, we offer 50% off of a replacement unit, which is an added bonus of why we are the best around.  If you break your iPhone, do you go back to Best Buy and demand for a brand new one and call the police when Best Buy says no? No, you don't.  We have been in business and are the largest Vape store chain in the region for a reason.  We strive on customer service and always work with the customers to make them leave happy.  If the broken device was within our 30 day warranty (which our competition doesn't offer) we would gladly have replaced it.
