To Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Starck Real Estate Management,On May 9, 2022 I met the sales associate *********************************** ( from ************** Office) at **************************************** who was showing me this apartment she listed for sale. On the listing, she wrote "Rentals allowed make this an investors dream * Professionally managed with Healthy Reserves*" and she told me that no special assessment are involved. Being a Berkshire Company, I trusted her, even to represent myself as a buyer in a dual agency transaction. I was completely wrong. She tried to favor the seller, in all our discussion, which is unethical for a dual agent. However, I was in a hurry, so I hired a home inspector and paid him $250 for apartment inspection. One day later, I was able to contact the management of the building and they told me the rentals are not allowed, reserves are not so healthy, and soon, it will be a special assessment. Your agents should be honest. Your agents dishonesty made me loose one day and $250. Still good that I was able to cancel the contract, otherwise you would end ** in the Court with me. I told your sales associate that I need this apartment for 2 years and after that I would rent it. If you are a respectful company, you should ask for excuses and reimburse me.
