November of 2019 we paid this company 4K to put a new roof on our home. Job was completed in 1 day. A couple days later we had a bad wind storm and parts of the roof blew off. Contacted *** and he came over and put a tarp over the spots where the shingles came off until he could get someone out to fix them. Couple days later someone came over to fix them. A week or 2 later we noticed that some of the shingles were flipped on the roof and caused the ply wood that was put in with the new roof to get wet. I contacted *** and he came out to temp fix it until he could get shingles to replace it. He checked the attic and seen the wood was getting wet and said he would be replacing it. He then told us this temp fix would be good and no water would come in. Several days later we had water on our ceiling and once again shingles were flipped. Towards the end of the season in 2021 he said that the shingles came in but never came to replace the shingles that were temp nailed to the roof. I have contacted them and left messages and nobody is getting back to us. We paid 4K for a roof that still has not been put on right or fixed. The wood has yet to be replaced and continues to get wet and is now molding. At this point I cant trust that they can complete/fix this job since we gave them several chances to do so and it still has yet to be done. I understand that there probably busy but this is something he was aware of and that needed to be fixed since it continued causing water damage because of the misplaces shingles. At this point I just want my 4K back so I can pay another roofing company to fix what needs to be fixed and replace now the wood and installation that needs to be replaced because of the water that continues to get into the attic. Weve had 2 companies come out and give us a list of things that is wrong with the roof. At this point Im exhausted and Im tired of going back and forth with this company I just want a refund.
