I went to this Pizza Ranch at 11:00 a.m. on 5/2/24. I went in and paid, then proceeded to the salad bar. While I was eating, I realized the manager (whom I paid when I came in) didn't give me my receipt. They have ALWAYS provided a receipt when I paid. I went up to the front counter, and no workers were there. I called out pretty loudly, and no one answered. There was another customer there, and he was helping me try to flag down a worker. When I finally flagged down the manager, I told her that she didn't give me a receipt, and that I would like to have one. She turned her back on me and yelled, "You didn't ask for one!" They always give receipts, you don't have to ask for one, and it wasn't a big deal...she shouldn't have yelled. Someone told her to do that.Customer response

I filled out this complaint because I was yelled at by the manager for asking for a receipt. I want to make sure this was put in writing, and I didn't want to write a review.
