      GC Realty is the best !!! My team of **** and **** took over my property, that was completly mismanaged by a different company and turned it around. Within months the property is generating a serious increase in revenue and has been physically updated to meet all codes and requirments of the township. A healthy building that has tripled its income. Who could ask for more. They're responsive, experienced, and transparent in every facet of the owner / management relationship. I could'nt be happier. ********** has my highest recommendation as a property management company.

      I hired these guys as a landlord. If I could give less than 1 star I would. I had to move out of state due to my very demanding job so I do not have a lot of time to manage the property. They would regularly keep large portions of the rent and could provide little to no details about what work was done. Checking the property there was either no work completed or it was very poorly done. They also failed 4 inspections back to back with out letting me know. They charged me for the work done that had to be redone a total of 5 times and charged me every time with no explanation or warning. Id try to get ahold of people and they would take sometimes weeks to respond and usually with no real information. I found out that they failed so many times when the inspector contacted me directly to let me know I was going to lose the ability to rent out the property. I tried to fire GC and do the work myself but they promised they would make things right and not charge me to fix their mess. They fixed it, and then kept the rent money 2 months later saying they don't recall agreeing to that. Terrible company, they will steal your rent and make things as difficult as possible.

      Our management agreement with ************** started on 2/27/23, where GC Realty provided details of how we communicate on all maintenance completed at the property with our team. We provided service from our agreement and provided a monthly statement to our client outlining any repairs. After we had failed the village inspections and reviewed the original items and added items with our client via phone with our Director of Property Management on 4/26/24, we then walked the property (with our Property Manager and Maintenance repair tech) with our client on 5/9/24, to review completed work and plans for new items, as we worked to pass a village rental inspection afterwards.We should have had better communication with our client on the initial fail issue list with the village and we addressed it during a phone call with our Director of Property Management. Prior to passing the inspection on June 12th 2024, we had the following inspections with the village where the residents were informed each time:1st inspection - 1/17/2024 Initial inspection 2nd inspection - 03/20/2024 No fail list was provided from the village 3rd inspection - 04/25/2024 New items were provided on the fail list and we had an issue of not having the actual village fail list on hand, even though GC Realty had notes from the full list.We had billed our client for work completed at the property from the initial inspection repairs, then later made a plan to review the full timeline of repairs post inspection and provided a concession to our client for 5 different work orders. All other work was completed from village inspection lists, where new items were added to the initial list, on each inspection. Due to new issues needing repaired the billing was completed for new items, after we reviewed the scope of work with our client. Our client had requested he not be charged for any work, due to initial inspections failing, however, we reviewed necessary work to be completed with our client, then billed for the work per our agreement, after reviewing the full timeline of repairs, after we passed inspection and provided a concession for 5 work orders to our client.In addition to meeting at the property with our repairman and Property Manager with our client, we had emails and phone calls regarding repairs and billing afterwards to review the full scope/timeline. We had discussed a plan prior to passing the inspection on 6/12/24, that any concession would be reviewed/provided once all work was completed and we passed inspection. We followed through on this agreement and plan, however, our client felt he should not have to pay for any repairs. He said he could have done the repairs himself, however, that was not a plan that was discussed or in any agreement. We did not have an agreement to complete property repairs for no charge due to an inspection not passing. We ultimately completed all repairs and are in compliance with the village of ******, **, and simply provided billing for completed work.

      GC Realty managed our rental property for 7 years and did a fantastic job! **** and his team provided excellent communication and service regarding the process and what to expect. They have great response time, and always kept us up to date if there were issues with the house or tenants. We had a few expected turnovers and they got the whole house painted and cleaned up as efficiently as possible so we had limited downtime. If service was needed they facilitated it right away. We had a roof issue and they helped identify the problem and brought in the necessary team to fix it. Their monthly statements and reports are concise and easy to understand. They even helped sell our house recently and did a wonderful job. We highly recommend GC Realty for all your property needs!

      ******** really did an amazing job on the door handles. This was a very difficult task to complete and did take a lot of time to be completed due to not having the correct shower door handles located. I really appreciate GC Realty for having these shower handles fixed. When we first moved in the shower handle was already missing some crews and needed attention. ******** came and took a look at them and had them even temporarily adjusted and later when found the original parts, had those installed in just a few days. I would definitely recommend ******** to other tenants as he is very well knowledgeable and experienced.

      If youre looking for a property manager who cares just as much as you, then GC Realty is that place. The customer service here is amazing. They have quick response times and are even quicker to fix the issues that come up with any property. Would 100% recommend GC to anyone looking to turn their real estate portfolio into an investment that grows for them.

      WORST of the WORST!!! My dream have been turned into NIGHTMARES since I signed my lease with GC Realty! I have been bullied, harassed, and charged unscrupulous amounts of money for maintenance issues at no fault of my own. I am a low income federal housing assisted renter and yet I am continuously being hounded for unexplainable charges that I DO NOT OWE! Did I mention I was also served with a baseless Eviction notice due to one of their incompetent employees trying to extort me. I am currently seeking legal representation and will be filing a complaint with HUD if these actions continue.

      DO NOT RENT WITH THEM THEY WILL CHARGE YOU FOR EVERYTHING BUT WHEN IT SNOWS AND YOU CALL THEM THEY DONT SHOW UP. THE WORST OF THE WORST. MY FATHER FELL DUE THEM NOT CLEANING OUR PARKING OR SIDEWALKS. I WILL BE CALLING MY LAWYERS AND THE BBB. MAYBE THAT WAY THEY WILL CONTACT ME.
