VinylTech stands out among the rest. I used them earlier this year for a soffit and fascia upgrade. Previously, these wooden features on my home were plagued with pests, peeling paint, and rotting wood. Now, the home looks brand new, and it will stay that way for a long time with practically no maintenance required. I couldn't be happier with the experience and end result. The administrative team is knowledgeable and transparent about their service, and they were very quick to respond when I first inquired. ******** came on site to discuss my concerns, determine the scope of work required, provide a thorough and free quote, and set expectations. The team of experienced professionals performing the work very clearly take pride in their craft, and do high quality work as if they were working on their own home. It was a pleasure working with VinylTech! ******** reached out to me to set up a time for him to come by and give a free estimate. When he arrived, he was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the product. He answered all of my questions and had a really nice demo of the product (windows) as well. By the end of the meeting he had an estimate written up for me and told me to call him and let me know whenever we are ready. There wasnt any high pressure sales tactics, like make sure all of the decision makers are home or this is my best price only tonight if you say yes. ******** was very laid back and go with the flow. We ended up going with VinylTech for the 10 windows in our house. After signing all the paperwork, which ******** came out to our house for, ***** called us 3 days later to set up measurements. ***** was great to work with and very nice gentleman. The windows took 10 weeks to come in, we were quoted 12 weeks, so that was a pleasant surprise. Once we got the call that they had been built, ***** reached out to set up a date. They came out 2 days later. Once they arrived for the install, it was guns blazing! The crew of 3 knocked it out in 4 hours! The quality of the work was incredible. Everyone knows the most important thing about a window is how it is installed. Let me tell you, these guys are professionals and really take pride in the quality of their work! Once they were done and the inspector came out and approved everything, I walked around with the install guys and they answered all the questions I had. I was blown away by how clean the install was. ******** came out at the end and went over everything with me as well. Overall, I am so pleased with my VinylTech experience and I will recommend them to everyone I come across that needs a service they offer. I know who I will be contacting when it is time for a new roof and siding!

VinylTech, Inc. amazing company to work with, from start to finish. We used them for our windows and siding. They are extremely responsive and stuck to their timeline. They were very detailed and very honest. After everything we've been through with our home. We took our time making decisions about this project, and never felt rushed to hurry. We were never pressured to buy anything from them, nor we wasnt over promised anything. We absolutely have faith and trust in this company. ******** helped us feel comfortable, he was very responsive and consistent with communication, which we didn't experience with many other companies. He helped educated us on siding insulations. Which it turned out we didnt have any insulation on our home. ******** would stop by every day to ensure we were satisfied with the progress and would ask if we had any questions. Thank you ******** for being ready available to answer any and every questions. We loved how they helped us come up with the overall design/ look we were aiming for. We truly had fun with the process. We could not be happier with the design and color choices and the new widows. Now our home looks brand new. They estimated siding project time would take 5 days and it took exactly 5 days. And for the window project it took exactly 1 day.
