I signed a contract on 3/22/23 for a unit at this address.The storage manager first wanted me to sign a blank contract with no monthly amount due. She finally put in the monthly amount that was due for each month,I made the first month of $72, security deposit of $50, and lock deposit of $15 for a total of $137.Per the contract, I had to give 2 weeks notice and this was done on 3/30/23 via a text and she did response to the text. I never put any of my belongings into the storage unit since it was not secure enough.I returned the key on 4/6/23 to the manager.Per the contract the deposit and lock deposit was to be returned within 30 days.It was been 30 days and I have not received the deposit yet.Business response

I will be more than happy to return the security deposit and partial month of unused storage. I just never heard anything from my manager in regards to this until now.
