  A contract was made to demolish the washroom, existing shower tub, and make 2 standing showers, remove existing grass, weeds; lay new grass; put lumber and brick rings with flowers in the ************ yards; repair and replace the gutters and pipes; and clean up the backroom. All this was agreed to be completed in 10 days. He started the work, but didn't turn after a few days, saying that his wife is sick and in the hospital. He came back after a few days, said he needed money for his sick wife's medicine, and I paid him. Then, a couple of days later, he said he was sick and in the hospital. Later on, he came back after 4 weeks and asked for money, saying that he needed money for medicine, and I paid him. He didn't complete the work, he left the demolished washroom garbage and dug-up grass garbage from the ************ yards, all the garbage was dumped in my backyard, but he took 96.04% ($10,565). Then i had to hire another handyman to complete pending washroom work and start using showers at home. I had to hire a private Mexican landscape guy to clear all the dumped garbage from my backyard. My family had a horrible time because of an unfinished washroom, cheating, & fraudulent work. My family took showers every day at a private place by paying $15 daily for 70 days. Now it's been 100 days, and he never bothered to finish the incomplete work and return my money. I called him several times to come and finish the work. And the main point is; he said he would take care of the city licensing everything for the washroom demolishment and making 2 standing showers, but he cheated on this too.I have text messages as proof of his wife's sickness, his sickness and i have sent him messages to finish the work several times, as well as phone calls, but no proof of phone call recordings.Paid $4000 04/26/2024 3000 04/30 1000 05/07 1000 05/15 150 05/23 415 Credit card payment for his purchase at ********** 1000 6/05/2024 I want Refund of 58% $6200 of the total amount of $10565
