They ran my credit application with several lenders without any authorization I was told a sales manager would call me so we can speak and no one ever reached out, they ran my applications with several lenders without any authorization when I called to see why or who did it they can not answer my questions and no one is helpingBusiness response

*************************** called in on January 6th looking to get financed on a 2024 used Atlas. After speaking with ****** he decided to submit a credit application for financing. Somewhere there was miscommunication and ****** thought that we would only look at his credit. In order to secure an exact interest rate which was hopefully lower than he already secured on his own we needed to send it to a couple of banks. ****** was upset about this and was unable to reach our Finance Manager for 2 days. He must have submitted the complaint to the BBB during that time. He also wrote a ****** review. I responded to the review and then to a voicemail that ****** left me. We talked through what happened and in-turn were able to not only earn his business but secure an interest rate that was approximately 3% lower. He drove out of the dealership on the 9th in a new 2024 Atlas and was happy. I have spoke to him recently and he stated that he would remove the complaint if possible. This Dealership General Manager ***************** Financed me a car that went out 2 weeks after purchasing . Im locked into a $20,000 loan for a car that I cannot even drive and they knew the car was no good when they sold it to me. No warranty on the car or nothing. Im paying for a car I cant even drive . The fly wheel is messed up and the transmission!!!! I havent even driven the car for 30 daysBusiness response

**************** purchased a 9year old vehicle on 07/02/2022 with ****** miles As Is As Shown but in fine working order. No warranties were expressed or implied. Extended warranty options were presented and **************** declined. He brought the vehicle in on 07/26/ (24 days later) with
67,248 miles wit the transmission issue. In good faith we had an outside service facility close to ****************** home diagnose and complete a repair on the vehicle which we assisted in the cost of the repair with ***************** I did verify that *************** does have a $17,000 loan on the vehicle.

I purchased a car from these guys on 8/1/2022.They sold me ceramic coating which over the phone they claimed would cover paint damage, now they say it does not.#1: my warranty does not exist, the company they claim they go through for the ceramic coating says my vin number does not exist.#2: I don't think they even put ceramic coating on my car. My former Audi tech coworker. My 5 other car dude coworkers say if I did get ceramic coating it must've been the cheapest 20 dollar ******* c*** in existence.#3: I already got a rock chip in my hood, I wanted to file a warranty, can't, the dealer tells me it wouldn't be covered anyway and the warranty says I don't exist anyway.#4: And here's where they scammed me, instead of refunding me my $500 payment to hold the car in my name they "fixed" my ****, turns out they just upcharged their already scammey ceramic coating by changing it from $1295 to $1795 which I foolishly didn't notice.So now I don't have ceramic coating, I didn't get my $500 hold back and I don't get a warranty when they said it had a 7 year warranty and the dealer has said they would help me several times and ghosted me every time which shows me they know they are guilty of something.Last time I spoke to a manager he said he would have them touch up my paint and reapply the coating, he said he couldn't schedule me that day as it was Friday, now it's 8pm Tuesday, I tried calling them earlier, nobody was there at 5pm apparently. And he hasn't called me back.Business response

Customer was refunded for an Insurance policy that they did not want and is being provided with the necessary information for his Ceramic warranty. Customer was concerned about a large stone chip that he acquired on the hood of his car that the Ceramic coating would not take care of protect against. I leased a vehicle from the Volkswagen dealership in June. I currently have temporary license plates that expire in September and I have been waiting over 8 weeks for my plates to come in. I have contacted the dealership on multiple occasions trying to get in touch with anyone that can help, all I get is the operator telling me that I will get a call back. Ive been waiting to speak to ****** for weeks. At this point I have no idea who to contact since I am not the owner of the vehicle and the dealership has the title.Business response

Customer is still driving on legal temporary plate. This was a hold up between the lender and the *******************. We believe the customer has received her plates by now.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:I have not received my plates yet and I only have a week left until my temporary plate expires. I was supposed to pay ** taxes that I was never charged upon purchase which has severely delayed the processing of my plates. A dealership representative gave me a call on August 18th (2 months after the purchase of my vehicle) to let me know that once I pay the ** tax the title should be released from the dealership to the ** credit. I paid the ** taxes on 8/18/22 and Im still waiting for to receive plates.
