8/30/24, I was receiving a cancer infusion treatment at the ************ in *******. They inject sedations with the chemo. I was already awake for 24hrs by 6 pm that day, not to mention just finished working a 10hr shift to make sure I make my treatment. I have already shared some issues that I've already encountered with this facility concerning patient care which I shared with the patient advocate **** on several occasions. After my infusion I asked for 20 mins or so to rest. I was disorientated, dizzy, not to mention the sedation of the pre-meds. That day I saw at least 3 different nurses during my infusion. Moving forward the ** checked with her charge **, who said since the ** is leaving, I must leave. Even though my last ** witnesses me stumble trying to make it to the bathroom. I was told I am a liability if I stayed in the infusion room, I must go somewhere else. I was able to make it to my car in the parking lot across the street from the center. I ended up with my car door open wide with me literally hanging out the driver's door knocked out for 2 hours!!!I was told an investigation was being conducted, no one has followed up with me about it. The most egregious about this situation is, they wanted me to return 3 weeks later for another infusion without any updates with the patient safety event that occurred with the last infusion.

In September I had a consultation with City of Hope about Radiation treatments. I was told that a 30 treatment was the best. We completed forms for insurance approval and submitted. I was informed that insurance had been approved. We scheduled treatment to start in December. At my 1st appointment I ask if I had to pay the $15 copay every visit and were there other charges and was told treatment was covered by insurance. I completed treatment in early February and never received a bill. Then in May I receive a bill for ******* . I called trying to resolve this a agreed to pay $100 a month until paid. Then in August I receive another bill for a additional $1060.00. At this point I have paid $454 which is more then my ****** would have been. I feel I was deceived at my consultation about the treatment and the cost and adjustments should be made to my bill. I have tried talking to their people in billing and no resolution. Hope you can help in this matter or at the very least make the public aware of this practice.

I was looking for a place in ******* to test for lymphoma. I contacted ************ Cancer Treatment. In **** **. I don't believe there is such a place in ******** where cancer treatment is done. It sounds like a hoax. The website is shoddy and thrown together. The person going through my information was very suscpicious. He was collecting as much personal data that he could and he asked for my whole SS Number. He said his name was **** They have 2 24 hour numbers. ************. ************. I am getting tired of liars trying to trick me. I can go someplace else for a screening. I just don't want them to steal my identity.
