The scam debt settlement *** Are using this *** To hold your funds. But the ** who signed me up the *****. Told me lies and mis information about the amounts they charge. It was 3 separate *** Claimed its a **** bank then today when cancelling he said it was not a bank or ****. Did everything he could yo keep me from cancelling my acct and contract that had not started. I had my bank stop the payment. What they also failed to mention is their settlement fee is 27% of the debt ***. They also charge you ***** a month on fir the Forth savings thats not a bank like stated not FDIC. I would think twice before dealing with these shady companies. Try to negotiate with the creditors yourself instead. Save your thousands in fees. Its scam and shady business.Review from Rodger F

First I have to acknowledge ***** *. for her patience, professionalism and concern to my venting demeanor which in the end was unwarranted and basically "out of order ". My frustration was not with Forth but with the lack of transparency with ************************** I was upset with an issue which had nothing to do with the Forth team but was taking it out on *****. She listened to my concerns, did some background research and reminded me of what I had agreed to previously.***** understood and interacted with me placing my frustrations on a personal level and understood why I was upset. After a lengthy explanation and discussion my issue or questions of concern was accomplished and I left informed and educated. Forth, you have a great asset with ***** *. and please acknowledge her with respect and reward.****** *.Review from Charles S

********* (**** D) is a superb employee !She is extremely knowledgeable, cordial and competent ! Im an older gentleman of leisure (retired teacher) who grew up in an analogue world when men never even learned to type. ********* , apologizes, its such a beautiful name I cant resist using it; is so thoughtful, quick minded and patient that she stayed with me throughout the entire process and made it a genuine pleasure to do business with FORTH. In fact, the young lady made my day and Im still smiling. Im sure that *** and FORTH realize what a treasure they are blessed to employ Best wishes and blessings to anyone who had the patience to read this virtual tome !Review from Flore L

I was overcharged more than $300 by ************************* on September 3, 2024. After several calls I was given the runaround by the agents at that company. I contacted Forth, *** on September 4 and they immediately put a hold on my account so no more withdrawals could be made. *** kept telling me that they were waiting for approval from a supervisor. It took *** until September 20th to approve my refund and send the information to Forth. I called Forth and even though it was not their policy, they approved an ACH instead of mailing me a check. They told me told me when to expect the deposit, and that's when I received it. I would like to commend them on their professional handling of my case, and not making me feel that because I'm a senior I am mentally challenged. If anyone has problems with a debt consolidation company please don't blame the company making the withdrawals. They only do as they are instructed. I am very grateful to Forth all the help they have given me.Forth, Inc. Response
