I contracted ***** - Imperial Mechanical- to put in a new system in my home. He stated that he wanted 50% before the job started and 50% when the job is done. I completed my part. He only did half the job and took over a week to come back and finish what he started. Then he asked for money.. The day he came back he said he was going to come back and pick up his trash and the old systems. He also asked to be paid in full and that he will come back . FALSE. We have contacted him several times and we get no reply. Its frustrating to see the trash there everyday.

The first attachment would be the contract that I had with the company The job was actually not finished there are still some pipes coming out of my ground/ floor. When ***** said he was going to come back to pick up the old unit he actually did not come back for three days and the person who ended up throwing away the old unit was another person from another company
on top of that I discovered that ***** and his people actually damaged one of my laundry bins and decided to hide it behind some stairs which I did not see until two days later when I saw my laundry bin hidden behind my stairs and very much dirty their tools inside I did send them a message and asked him to replace the bin and he has not actually gotten back to me.
