The vendor took $3,500 prepayment for a Pentair system. Over 2 years, Happy Pools claimed the product was on back order due to Covid. Eventually that excuse ran out and **** (owner) started to tell me new stories. The vendor installed a $1,200 pool light which was faulty from Day 1, but would not repair or replace. This spring, I ceased doing business with Happy Pools. Unfortunately, I am not the only customer to fall prey to ********************************************* business practices.
